PARK RULES












The folowing rules are designed for the comfort and safety of everyone. We appreciate your cooperation.

RENT must be paid in advance. NO REFUNDS for unused days.Rent is based on 1-2 persons per RV, additional charge for more than 2 persons. No tents allowed. Only 1 RV and 1 vehicle per RV site. Extra vehicles/ boats are an additional charge. Check-out time is 12:00 pm, check-in is 1:00 pm. Please notify the office by 10:00 AM if you would like to stay later than check-out time.
TELEPHONE MESSAGES will be put on baord outside office unless they are an emergency.
VEHICLES Must be parked completely off asphalt road in order to allow access for EMERGENCY vehicles. Truck campers must remain on truck at all times. Please drive on paved roads only. Do not drive through sites. Riding ATV's in park is not allowed. Please trailer them in and out.
QUIET TIME 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
SPEED LIMIT is 5 M.P.H. DRIVE SLOWLY!
CHILDREN are to be supervised and parents must assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guest's children. Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Bicycles must be ridden on paved roads only. California law: All bicycle and non-motorized scooter riders under 18 must wear a helmet. No mini bikes, stand up motorized scooters, pogo sticks, go carts, roller blades, roller skates or skateboards allowed. Unfortunately, they just don't mix well with large vehicles, therefore these activities are not allowed in the park. We request that our guests look elsewhere for an appropriate site.
THE CREEK AND RIVER are not play areas. There can be strong currents and undertows. No lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk.
PETS ARE WELCOME They must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times, there will be no exceptions. Please walk your pets on leash at all times in park and clean up after them IMMEDIATELY. Do not leave pets unattended. Excessively barking or aggressive dogs are not allowed. No pet pens, cages or kennels allowed.
CALIFORNIA LAW requires a 3 inch airtight threaded adapter for sewer hook-up. This park does not allow the dumping of holding tank chemicals containing FORMALDEHYDE into our septic systems. If you are not in compliance, please contact the office so that we may assist you.
FIRE DANGERS Please do not use BBQ's on park's plastic picnic tables. Do not dispose of hot ashes - let them cool. Campfires, when permitted, are restricted to designated firepits only. Fires must never be higher than 2 feet. All fires/BBQ's must be personally attended. NO ONE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD is allowed to start or tend a campfire/BBQ. All campfires must be completely put out with water before retiring or leaving the space. There are no exceptions. If you smoke, please use proper receptacles when extinguishing cigarettes. Please do not throw cigarettes on ground as this is a fire hazard.
RV SITES are to be kept clean and tidy, as determined by management. No clotheslines/laundry to be hung outside the RV. No repairs or washing of vehicles/RV's in the park. Please be courteous, do not walk through other peoples RV sites. Dispose of garbage in bins provided. Keep garbage bin lids closed. No garbage cans are allowed on RV sites. Do not leave garbage outside of RV's or thrown on top of bins, as we are in BEAR COUNTRY! Please recycle in bins provided. GARBAGE BINS ARE LOCKED AT 9:00 PM AND OPEN AT 8:00 AM!
LAUNDRY AND RESTROOMS Please leave restrooms as you would like to find them. We take pride in their cleanliness. If you plan to do laundry, sign-up in the laundry room for the day, time and machine you want to use. Laundry & Restrooms are closed 1-3PM daily for cleaning. NO SMOKING or PETS (except for guide dogs) allowed in any of the park's buildings.
FIREARMS Discharge of firearms or the use of fireworks of any kind are prohibited activities.
NO SOLICITING allowed in the park at any time.
THIS IS A PRIVATE RV PARK Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our customers and their guests; or for loss due to accident, fire or theft. No illegal acts shall be committed which would place owners in violation of any Federal, State or County laws. There is a $50.00 to actual repair or replacement charge for damages done to water faucets or electric boxes. Please shut off the breakers before plugging in or unplugging your RV from power supply boxes to avoid possible surge or shock. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if they are not cooperative.According to section 537 of the CA penal code " Anyone who absconds, vandalizes or attempts to defraud the park by not paying their fees, may be subject to prosecution".
